Sunka's Blooper Reel

Oct 11 2026 | By: Rosealee Lagace

As a professional photographer, there is an image to uphold.  Perfection.  We as artists never show the unperfected shots, but, let's be honest!  We all have the oh dear, what happened there? photos.

Many may not know I shoot in manual mode.  What also isn't known was this last weekend I shot the Bisons on Saturday evening - shutter speed of 1250th of a second.  to Sunday's family fun session where shutter speed drops to 160th of a second and on Monday was so excited to shoot Sunka in the golden hour, I forgot to set the shutter back to where I will capture fast moving subjects....

Here are the few shots before I realized oops...  This is my blooper reel.  The facial expressions were too good to ignore.

“Technically, it’s not blurry. It’s an artistic interpretation of time travel."
